I have a similar problem, but with the standard credit card payment, not PayPal.
I renewed my subscription last week, the money got withdrawn from my account on the 18th. But to this day I can not log into NL except using the 14-day-trial mode. Could you take a look at it please?

RnE verifying takes extremely long, at least 20sec for every 100MB file with CPU usage on 25% (meaning one full core on my Q6600 @ 3.4GHz).

Beta 19 and earlier verified a 100MB file in 2-3sec instead. Quickpar on the same set is around 2-3sec per file aswell, so something must be off in beta 20.

I am having problems with supersearch right now, and access to newsleecher.com in general seems to be incredibly slow. If I try to download a beta version of NL, I get around 5kB/s. The forum is rather slow, and if I try to do a supersearch it only succeeds if I get very small results (3-4 lines). A...

Re: not working at all

Well tried beta 11 forum 3. It doesnt work at all for me. If I queue something it doesnt update the listing. It still list stuff as being none queued. Also after it downloaded about 100MB it started "wait to write to harddrive pausing queue". And it stuck there. I really hope you will enable us to ...

I have problem where it is not marking grouped archives as "queued" or "downloaded" under status column. So it hard to remember if I downloaded the file or not when look through the article list. Works fine for single files. eg. [+] Archive -> OK (used to say queued if there is a file queued or dow...

Is this a selectable option??? I ask because I only have 1 internal HD installed and I use a RAM disk as my tempory download directory. If I cannot split the temporary and download directory, this means I cannot use this configuration anymore right?. If so, this will mean everything needs to go to ...

The new download pattern is a great improvement, thanks a lot. The only problem I see right now is that all writes are being done immediately, causing very high HDD thrashing. I am utilizing 20 bots, average speed 11MB/s. This causes a LOT of HDD activity. Since you already implemented a memory buff...

So that's the problem. I have Hamachi (VPN Service) installed, which adds another network adapter. I have configured that adapter to have first priority in my network aswell. So apparently NL tries to get the local IP over the wrong adapter first, and only when that times out, it tries the correct a...

I posted too early, I still get the hangups. NL hangs for 5-10 seconds when I first start it, but if I close it and start it again, it's there immediately. This is while using OpenDNS of course.

I had this pause aswell with beta 3 and 4, running Windows 7 x64 RC. Beta 3 would pause 30 seconds or more, while beta4 was in the area of 5 seconds. So beta 4 seems to have changed something that improved the situation for me. I finally decided to try OpenDNS, and that seems to have fixed it. I hav...

Unless Microsoft did some actual last-minute changes to the OS, this seems to be a simple regression bug that should be fixed in later releases. After all, Microsoft is really concerned this time to have as little compatibility problems as possible when moving from Vista to Win7; usually improving a...

I got the same problem, there must be something off with that windows build. Compatibility modes for Vista or XP do not change anything. There are no logfiles being created either, I guess the crash occurs too early for that. At least 3.9 final still works, 3.95beta3 crashes with the message that mc...

I was just writing a response detailing my (unsuccessful) attempts to fix this, when SS started working again. I still have no idea as to what caused this, I haven to even changed anything now before it started working again. So this has to be something out of my control; either a problem with the s...

SS getting stuck on [Receiving Response] when too many articles would be found

I am having a very weird SuperSearch problem. Almost all searches get stuck indefinitely on [Receiving Response] without ever getting results. I have tracked this down to searches that would result in more than a certain (low) number of results, something around 100 or 150. Searching for something o...

I am getting a similar problem after upgrading my download speed to 100Mbit/s (I get around 11.3MB/s constant download rates). I am downloading to a separate harddrive and made sure the NL temp folder is on the same drive. As long as RnE is not active, all is fine, but as soon as RnE starts extracti...
