I don't understand why we have to continually reset the number of days to search. I don't believe we've ever had to do this til the last two betas -- I've used NL continuously since early 2004.

They'll get it back up. But, when you rely on supersearch, it's tough to be without.

I gave it a good, long try but I just can't use 4.0. File organization is terrible. I have to open some flac files in order to save them. I've use Newsleecher as long as most anyone. I've used Newsleecher for five or six years and I've never known of any way to search just one group. Supersearch is so fast that I don't know that I'd ever want to search just one group.

I haven't been able to Supersearch to find any headers in a.b.ss.lossless for the past three days.

Yeah, this program and the search feature rise to the level of art. Incredible work. But, it's no good when the search engine is down. I haven't been able to connect for three days. I've tried that. I've also tried a 1, 2 priority setup. They seem to work in tandem, which I guess is what you're saying about assigning work to different servers. I can't get them to work independently, which is what I want.

Research has shown that more posters in this forum use keyboard shortcuts than use the right-click context menu.

Yeah, we have to have this function back. It's an essential. Ctrl-V is NOT commonly used.

I wish I had your problem. I can't turn it on.
