Small bug with locked toolbars

When I arrange the toolbars to my liking and then select locked toolsbars in "view", close the program and restart, the toolsbars are re-arranged in a default position. for example: I have the ACTIVE GROUP drop-down right of ... / FORUM / FAQ and (in "active group") MAX SIZE / MIN SIZE / ... right o...

Re: NewsLeecher = spyware ?

Hello, I would like to know why/what your program is logging on a mySql server on startup... I do not like this one bit. I would like know what other users think about this... You could store my news server, username and password in there and log every file I download from those groups ! I am switc...

I was thinking it could have something to do with a post using invalid characters.. Who knows though. I don't think so. If it was invalid characters it should happen on small updates as well. But I believe it only happens on large updates (1 million +) while downloading. Judging from 100% CPU and l...

"this post means" the quoted line is not neccessar

this is hardly worth mentioning, but do we really need the line
"this color/icon means:" before every explanation in the legend?
I mean it's a f***ing legend, what else should the colors/icons stand for?

lol, tiniest request of the day :D

Re: Found reason for header retrieval freeze in b27

Spiril wrote:Actually it was Spiral who did all the work on beta 27. So blame him for the buggy release, not me! :)
hehe, it's always good to have an alter ego that does the dirty work (see "Fight Club")

Interesting, both Tools/Quicknotes and Tools/Highlights work for me alright.

BTW, it's Spiril and not Spiral (though maybe he should change his username, there are so many making this mistake ;))

Was this the only major hanging bug in B27? If so I don't have that ticked so it won't affect me. Are we saying that B27 is okay as long as this option is off for now? Thanks, Fedorov. who knows... :) for me it's stable so far... there seem to be some issues with search as well, but I wouldn't know...

Found reason for header retrieval freeze in b27

B27 freezes upon header retrieval if you have the option ADVANCED "strip cont.' spaces in subject lines" enabled.

once you uncheck that option it won't freeze anymore (at least for me).

Spiril, this should make it much easier to fix this.
