Same problem here and I would have been so happy with the supersearch

I have just upgraded to final 2.1, maybe that has something to do with it? :?:

We are currently updating the Super Search engine so it might run unstable for the next hours time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Check help->about, if you have a super search license it should list "Std. Package plus Super Search" as your license type. If it doesn't contact smudge with you license info (order form etc). If it does, but still doesn't work, then it's just the server.

My license is "Std. Package plus Super Search" so I think it's the server. Tomorrow I'll try again.

Hi,

I'm still not able to receive headers from ss.

It isn't better although I've updated to 2.1 final.
Initializing seems to be successful...

..but thats just my opinion
Guests who are querying the SS have paid for the SS service and are just as entitled to ask why it's down as registered users of this forum.

Why should posting a 'same here' get someone banned - all they are doing is showing that the problem is not isolated or would you rather everyone post an essay just to say that SS isn't working.

Anyways - as of 23:43 UK time super search isn't working for me - latest release v2.1 downloaded and installed tonight.
