Cannot Register NL after updating payment info

Hello,

re-subscribed to NL.
Updated payment info successfully.
Logged into Members area successfully.
Installed ver. Beta 8
Attempted to Register withn beta 8
Error: !! EXPIRED !!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Turned off Firewall on Router
Turned off AV protection on local machine
RunAs NL as Admin
Disconnect/re-connect NL and tried Register

same error


Please advise next steps and thanks

uninstalled beta 8
rebooted pc
installed ver 7
attempted re-register but still failing

Got it figured out. I hadn't actually CHOSEN a plan after updating my card....
