The developer and his team (if he even knows what it is/have one) are far too irresponsible to post a simple notice that the service is not working again. He has no problem notofying anyone when the subscription expires or when a crappy beta is out. Sorry! Forgot there has never been a real release ...

@TimeLordCat -- While 2TB a month is a doable number if you download 3GB an hour for 30 days straight without stopping. I'd be surprised that an ISP would allow you to download that much every month, and if they do please share so we can all get hooked up with unlimited downloads cause I'm unoffici...

Not to be ungratefull but reacting to our discontent for poor service as oppose to acting on a problem as part of the customer service committment don't cut it.

It is not possible to provide answers to problems one does not know about, which makes it impossible to fix it. Clueless as to what these problems are may cover it.

At least they are working. It appears that the search engine stays more time off than online. They shoul at least have the decency to extend the epiration date on the subscription to compensate for the outages.

Funny how things work. The subscription expires and Supersearch stops dead on its tracks right away. The server is down and users don't get an extension to compensate.

Deleting cookies

Anytime I delete the cookies in IE7 all my setting from Newsleecher are gone including the license. Is this a bad design idea or it a bug? If its by design, what does the browser have to do with the program settings if these two are independent? If it is not, does a workaround exists?

I have experienced this problem for some time since I began using Vista. I have disabled User account and have ran the program as an administrator (as suggested). The problem vanished... maybe bacause Newsleecher would not download even a header let alone an article? The fact is that the problem has...

I dissagree with the speed issue. I normally download at speeds between 2.5 - 3.5 MB/s and have experienced the "pop-up" but no always. I just finished a download at about 3.5 MB/s and did not see the message.
