I see others posting similar issues but reporting that erotica works, and I tested it and sure enough it does at 1800.

Supersearch beyond 100 days never stops looking

Suddenly today I have found that supersearch never returns any result (tries indefinitely) if I search for 200 or more days.

100 days returns results in seconds, the same search term never returns beyond 100 days.

Greyed out

Same problem here.

Come on guys, we can't use what we are paying for this way, I will expect a refund if this isn't sorted very fast.

BTW I am having this issue on win8 (which is awful).

port no longer able to be set!

Hi, I must use a non-standard port to get good (any) speeds.

I see that in this new version there is no longer any option to change the port!

Can you guys please put the port back as a configurable option or give a work around? (show me a file to edit)

Same problem here, this honestly is not good enough, oh and I do have version 4.0 so that ain't it. I am having to search everything I fail to find twice now. It is odd that Supersearch which I pay for is in every single way worse than free services, except for the advantage of it being integrated w...

Ditto

This really is very poor, we all get technical problems but this has been dragging on... And I agree that they need to recognize that retention has vastly improved and that the retention they offer is now rather short of even some free services... I must echo the sentiments of other above, if it isn...

Well first i know it is simple, it is just joining of the file parts, that is a function Newsleecher already has of course, it just needs an option to put together when the parts are incomplete. (that is no more difficult) File joining is pretty basic stuff. And I will also point out that I posted t...

Compile partly completed files that are queued

I know others sometimes have the issue, I know I do. Sometimes a file will partly download, most often it will mostly download. And then it will say Queued and not download and further and files further down will download instead, these never finish. But since the files have par's I don't mind if th...

Most needful missing feature!

Sometimes files get almost completed and then just stop and say queued, not sure why, mostly this occurs at 90%+ and sometimes at over 100%. But regardless of the % if there is a parchive that can repair the missing data it's still useful, indeed I have gone into the temp file, used a file joining p...

Same here

Exact same thing.

not sure what 'config' files you mean, but uninstalling, and even searching the registery and removing every trace of newsleecher doesn't fix it.

Any help?
