Re: How do I filter encrypted headers in a.b.boneless

Sorry but NewsLeecher doesn't have a filtering recipe system like that yet.

Re: Remove from queue and delete already downloaded files

Such a feature is currently not available but I will move this thread over to the Wishlist section so it can be evaluated for a future version.

Re: search results are merging DIFFERENT posts

Please submit a Support Request Ticket with the details of the posts that are being combined. This will give the developer an example to work with so that this issue won't happen in the future.

Thanks

Most likely the files have been removed from the server. Please see this FAQ for more info.

Sorry I'm a bit confused. Are you trying to subscribe to a group (to add it to the list) or are you creating virtual groups with the existing subscribed group entries? When it locks up, have you left it for a bit and see if it recovers or do you have to force kill the application? If you've had to f...

We haven't seen this kind of behavior specifically. It very easily could be due to the poster sending the files in reverse order. When NewsLeecher ran the search, he probably had only uploaded 35 to 15 so NewsLeecher grabbed what it could. What is the setting for that SuperLeech entry on retrying th...

Thanks for reporting back on this.

We haven't seen any corrupted SuperLeech entries after upgrading. By chance do you remember exactly how the entries were set up? If so, could you contact support with the info so we can try to reproduce it.

Thanks

There is the option for that in the Leech Specify dialog and in the general settings (puts all downloads into subdirs based on the group name)

Oh, it is downloading headers? That is the Auto Update feature. In the Manager tab, in the top right corner above the group list is the Auto Update menu. Click it and set it to never auto update.

What version are you using? With the latest Final and Beta versions, I'm able to drag a PAR2 file in from a Windows Explorer window onto the Repair and Extract window and it is added as expected. Also, in the Explorer tab of NewsLeecher, at the bottom of the file listing is a "Repair and Extract Dra...

How many connections to the server are you using? Too few and you won't reach the faster speeds. Too many and the overhead of the article decoding/joining can slow things down. You need to adjust the number of connection to find the optimum balance.

In the SuperSearch section of the Settings, make sure the "Enable Search Result Filter" option is checked. Also since it is at the end of the window bar, depending on the pixel width setting and the width of the NewsLeecher window, there could be not enough space to draw it. Set the Filter Width to ...

In the NZB Files section of the Settings, make sure the "Download .NZB to subfolder" option is enabled. You will probably also want the "Pretty-Up Subfolder Name" enabled too.
