Re: searching by poster error
Looks like it is now doing it when searching for all items posted in a group - it only shows a few days instead of the category provided....

searching by poster error
Hi I am finding that sometime when searching by poster it is producing none or only the recent stuff (last few days) and yet if I search by one of the titles that the poster posted it is showing up. This however is not happening on for every poster only some.... I can give examples by PM if required.

Re: Speed limit
Anyone experiencing speed limitations? Since B15 I no longer get more then 5MBs which is less then half of what it can be and was before. I think for me since Beta6 or 7 I have not been to download at high speed. Mostly getting about 1/10 of my normal speed (500kbs normally but with the beta I get ...

Is there an option somewhere that I can specify how often for Newsleecher to backup the queue list? I recall such a setting in v3, but don't see it yet in v4. Especially if your computer crashes, it does not fully save the queue - I find that it has everything which you may have added but it keeps ...

I can confirm, that if you remove your download queue, put all the settings as you wnat it and put your queue back, it works nicely. It looks like this happens only if your queue-files has been created by a previous NL-Version (like the unofficial preview for me), because it works if i recreate the...

Did some other tests with the config files. I can reproduce this now, if i remove the queue-file, everything gets saved, if i restore it, some configuration-files are'nt saved anymore. Man, who did expect that the queue-file causes a problem with configuration-files? I can confirm, that if you remo...

Enter the poster name in the Poster search field. If you don't see that field, click the Magnify Glass icon next to the result search field to enable the Advanced Filters bar. You can include a subject or leave it blank to find all posts by that poster. For example, to find all the pictures posted ...
