Repair and Extract fails because files are not being renamed per PAR spec
Many new files being posted contain scrambled file names. Using QuickPAR and the provided PAR2 files, the files are correctly renamed, and can then be extracted with WinRAR. NL's repair and extract fails to do the same. Please fix the NL RnE capability to first rename the files per the PAR file and ...

Just installed 5b6 fresh. Added NZB auto import. Downlaod started, and then ATQBegin error. Impossible to report error becasue dialog keeps popping up over and over and over. Have to kill NL. Restart, same thing again. P. I found the NTFS security in the auto import directory did not allow NL to mo...

Re: errror in the log window
I get this error every second. "10:49:54 ThreadPR Error(121): Access violation at address 0080235A in module 'newsLeecher.exe'. Read of address 00000000" Everything still seem to work though. Same problem here, using 4.0 Beta 16. This may be a hint, it always happens when the NZB file has spaces in the XML tag. 5:29:11 PM * Error Message: The system cannot find the path specified Could not open file (-1, C:\Users\Public\Downloads\FOO \!! newsleecher temporary !!\-384989877) - exists: 0 P...

How to verify and extract one archive at a time
I find it very frustrating that NL will verify all files, from all archives, and only when all files from all archives are verified will it start extracting. It basically forces me to disconnect until the file I am waiting for is done, and then reconnect again. E.g. open nzb1 containing RAR file con...

Running 3.91 Beta 2 on XP Pro. If there are lots of entries in the RnE queue, no entry ever gets extracted. The entries just go ready to verify, verifying, ready to extract, then the next entry goes verifying, and when the last one in the list is done verifying, it starts at the top again with verif...

I think I figured it out. I think there is some anti tampter code in NL that does not like it when I have a kernel debugger attached to the system. I happened to have rebooted without enabling the debugger, and NL worked, rebooted with the debugger, and it crashed again. That is really too bad, now ...

No 3rd party apps. I was just testing again, and it seems that the mouse has nothing to do with it. I launch NL, no mouse over UI, watch the UI, and after about 5s it crashes. I made a backup and then deleted the NL \AppData\Roaming\NewsLeecher\ folder. Still crashes. Is there some other place NL st...

Crash on startup
When I start NL I see the UI, there are still lots of articles waiting to be downloaded, as soon as I start moving the mouse over the UI the app crashes. I am running 3.9 final, registered, on Vista Ultimate x64. Any ideas how to prevent the crash? Here is a dump analysis (devs, I have dump files) F...
