How identify missing parts in a particular file?

I'm using v4b20 and like it. But a binary I posted recently with PowerPost had some incomplete parts on the server. Is there a way in NL to identify which parts are missing from the incomplete file, so I can post them to make the file whole on the server? Seems to me I used to be able to ID missing ...

Persistent crashes, rolling back - UPDATE, SOLVED

Running under Window 7 Beta16 stops responding, eventually process is killed, can't find a remedy Am rolling back to beta 15 until the next beta. Will reinstall 16 if there are any specific steps you want me to take to tackle this persistent crash. One thing I noticed - every time 16 crashes, killin...

Article display control boxes

The "display old" box still gives me control over whether I show headers from before the last update in the beta 7 Articles tab. BUT - what happened to the "show text" "show bin" "show leeched" "show incomplete" check boxes? Those were great for fine-tuning what got put into the display. For example...

I like to use the drag-n-drop reordering feature too. Hope it comes back in the next beta. :(

Same problem and it's tiresome

Since nothing is being said or done about this increasing problem, which I keep seeing in a.b.mp3.audiobooks, I'm also thinking about canceling my subscription. When it works it's great but someone ought to at least say whether they're *trying* to fix this problem. Meanwhile, someone mentioned free ...

3.95B2 - WinXP - When Queue empty, fails to execute command

Detail: I have a macro, NewsLeecherDone.ahk, designed to be executed by the AutoHotKey macro program (http://www.autohotkey.com/). The macro simply pops up a dialog that notifies the download is complete and offers to close NewsLeecher. After 3 seconds, if I don't respond, it defaults to leaving New...

Thanks

Well &*^%, redefining the default posting server
sounds like a step I overlooked.

It's always something simple. But if it isn't that,
and you're wrong, I'll let you know and you can

Yes it does

Thank you for the quick response. Yes, posting is permitted. I can post just fine using Yenc-PowerPost. But posting direct replies as text file attachments using PowerPost isn't very practical, even though it works (sort of). Configuration: I set PowerPost to a non-SSL server. I set the same server,...

Cannot post replies

Using v3.9 Final When I post a short reply to a message, it goes into a posting queue but never actually gets sent. Posting replies worked fine until about 5 days ago, when I changed my server to usenet-news.net with both SSL and non-SSL connections enabled. I don't see any setting that applies to t...
