NL 7 Beta 3 R&E - Unable to copy/move file. Access is denied

Ran into the following error today, which I havent seen before with previous betas. This caused R&E to basically stop doing its extract process once all the files in set set were complete. No repair was needed either. 9:57:17 PM Downloaded article [ [#scnzb@efnet][535552] TVSHOW-REMOVED - "TVSHOW-RE...

Re: V7.0 Beta 1 - moving file sets to trash

Yes, I am using the 'also clean up' with near default settings: .sfv; .srr; .url

I'll try adding the space and see if that fixes it for the next time.

V7.0 Beta 1 - moving file sets to trash

NL deletes file sets incorrectly. Appears to happen after a repair. The *.flac files shouldn't have been removed (nor was there anything to extract). I'd attach the log file, but seems no files are allowed to be uploaded?? Full output below instead. Using Windows 7 x64 Ultimate. 4:46:31 PM Moving PA...

or maybe not a leak after all... stats from today and they really haven't increased. Guess NL just likes more memory (which is fine when a system has it... like I do). NL has been running for ~9 days.

NL 6.5 beta 5 - memory leak?

After keeping NL running for 6 days, its consuming 1.3 GB which is far more than previous releases. Possible memory leak?

NewsLeecher should already take care of too long paths, by truncating. Looks like you're right :) Did you recently enable this check? Don't seem to recall it happening a beta release or two ago. NL should be able to detect if the folder+file path is longer than 260 characters though. Could truncate or prompt the user on queue add on how to handle. Or make it a setting.

I've ran into this issue many times myself. It prevents me from using the 'leech smart' mode and I always use Specify now.

Me too post. Past few days speeds have been only around ~10 Mbps vs my typical 60 Mbps (max for the Comcast line). Rebooted router/cable modem. Speed test sites validate still getting my normal speed, so appears something with just newsleecher and/or possible IPv6 route? comcast speed test - IPv4 - ...

5.2 beta 2 - memory leak

Newsleecher 5.2 beta 2.

After having NL running for ~9 days, it's consuming 624MB and 592MB VM, which seems like a memory leak.
