I get this too. Then it closes despite the program beginning to start downloads in the background.
Also running WinXP.
Should we presume you no longer support WinXP?

Me too
Everything down for me too - website & supersearch. But now back. Or I wouldn't be posting this. Neither would you.

Notes - found
In answer to my own post, after some searching & unhiding of hidden folders have found the location of my Notes.txt file which still exists despite the upgrade. At least Spiril didn't tell NL to wipe it. Which negates the bloat argument (I hate those 2kb files cluttering up my HD) Running on Win 7 -...

BRING NOTES BACK
Similarly, pretty pissed off to have lost this. Where are all my notes? Why didn't the beta install warn me it would remove access to my notes? I had a list of 50+ files in there. How do I get them back? Why keep the icon? Not happy. I've been upgrading to your betas for years rather than wait (year...

Still still corrupt
What is going on? Seriously, you need to fix this. Or stop charging us for it.
I don't pay a SS fee to use NZBsearch. I pay a SS fee to use SS. Sick of it.
Fix it.

Unpause doesn't work when '+' files collapsed
Hi. I posted this before when a previous beta killed it. It was fixed in a subsequent beta then this beta (& the previous one has killed it again). I also posted it here for this beta with no response. In short, Pause/Unpause no longer works for queued files unless they are expanded. I manage my que...

Problems here too...
Agree with all of above. Major incompletion issues via SS. Didn't realise until I too downloaded all the headers & found them complete. SS now useless for me, other than pointing me to which Newsgroup I have to download >1 million headers from to find the single file I am looking for. Ongoing, repea...

Beta 7 - Thanks
Spiril - thanks for fixing that grouped article queue bug in beta 7. Thanks for listening to the whining of the people who use your software. Thanks for continuing to produce a great program.
Your hard work is appreciated.

Persistent v4 bug - can't mass unpause
Hi guys. Good work since beta 5. Much less buggy. Appreciated. However, one bug persists since the introduction of grouping that I've posted (& others) about in previous betas - in the Queue, selecting all & then Pause/Resume has no effect unless all the parts are visible which means clicking on eve...

Same problems...
Hi. As previously mentioned, have to Ungroup everything in a queue manually to queue/pause it. That's a lot of '+' signs to click on. Used to take me 3 keystrokes. Today took 10 minutes. The option to turn _off_ grouping would be a major advantage to those of us who want the speed of v4 but hate gro...

Bad bug persists
Hi. I posted on the 3 beta about this & am sorry to say it persists into beta 4. Three other people also reported the same bug in the beta 3 forum. Queueing a downloading an automatically combined file of an .nfo & a .sfv file from Supersearch results in the creation of a 4,294,967,295 Kb file in th...

Bugs to date - any progress?
Hi guys. Several people have continued to report the same bugs that make NL pretty much unusable (my particular one being the several Gb of crud that is queued when a 1kb file is downloaded which several other people have independently posted on). You've also stated that v3x & v4x are incompatible; ...

Bug report
Trying to download some files from Supersearch which has grouped 2 .nfo & .sfv files together. The status appears as ???? (rather than Paused, OK or Downloaded like the files that cause no errors). This Bug report pops up multiple times Bug Data1: (blank) Bug Data2: queue missing chrdrn I presume th...

Unpauses & begins downloading when connected
New beta is now randomly selecting articles from my queue (some with PAR attached, some without) and unpausing them & downloading them. The only way to stop this is to manually disconnect from the server. Setting to Pause has no effect as after a few seconds this is reset to Queued & the download be...
