Set download and extract directories to be different = problem solved, no more non-archive files deleted. Certainly easier than using 2 PCs.

Edit: I see you've pointed out in the stickied thread the obvious fact about making sure download and extract directories are never the same. -Hecks Ermm.. I rather not keep seperate directories really. But NL should make a choice about it; either check they ARE seperate or don't do the copy/delete...

Surely someone apart from Spiril has access to a server status report or the like? Then at least we'd know what was going on. Deputised support arrangements really should be mandatory for a time-limited pay service like SS.

Re: Putting small files at the top of the queue

Hi I seem to recall that there was a tab under options where I could specify the size of a file that would be automatically moved to the top of the download queue. I have looked for this option on v3.9 beta 2 but I don't seem to be able to find it, has it been removed or am I looking in the wrong p...

Re: Where can I find an explanation of the NL search syntax

I have tried to make search expressions to limit the results in NL, but I cannot get the result I want. A search in the forum does not give anything which solves my question. The help description with the ? button on Super Search tab gives examples, but not the syntax rules. Is there a somewhere a ...

Read the threads in the Beta Releases forum. The solution for this problem is *never* to extract to the same folder as the download folder (why would you want to do this anyway?).

This hasn't been fixed in 3.9b2. :(

Strange as the first one (0,1,0) (or no arguments) should suspend (sleep) whereas the second (1,1,0) forces hibernate mode. this post gives you more details. It's also strange that poweroff.exe works all the time, event though it seems to call powrprof.dll, too. It's a ViiV machine, so perhaps ther...

Hey, that's a new one, thanks! Both of those trigger hibernation on my MCE2005 system, though, I'll explore the powrprof.dll settings a bit more.

There is nothing wrong with the "missing" files, most of the time. It is simply that NL doesn't "see" them. It never starts the extraction, as soon as the last file is verified, suddenly a (random?) file is red tagged when it was all right a moment before. Any information in the log that could help...
