Start, control panel, display ( in appearance and themes ), appearance tab. Then you can choose blue, green or silver. If you want more themes you will need to install a themepack or a program such as style xp

On active group, click text search and number search, remove everything which is in the filter fields then unclick them both, also make sure you have got binaries and non binaries ticked, and incomplete :)

Yeah I use smart leech, its very handy and saves time. Also if you are using nzb, in options, select download nzb to subfolder, and "pretty up the folder name" ( if you want of course :) )

Quite strange, It looks like its your news providor which might not be indexing as many headers as your friends but since they are the same.. I have no idea.

If you have low retention then the articles will expire if you dont update enough

Have you got some box ticked like "Only New". or "Binaries" or "Non Binaries", or do you have something in the search field which is filtering out everything ?

I think he means before you actually start leeching them, I sometimes could do with that feature :) Well you can queue them paused and check them out in the download queue, before actually leeching them True, just my pc can take quite a while to move files into the download folder so i never bother...

Hmm, I just noticed if you leave it for a while it comes back to life. Try giving it 2 minutes after you have pushed it back to no limiting

If when I connect the throttle is at no limit, it works fine, though if I drag it back upto no limit, then it completly stops any downloading. If i drag it back down to 80% it starts working again. Sometimes its fine when I drag it to no limit but other times not.

No worries

Im using giganews with 3 connections, the speed limit averages out quite accuratley but if i turn the speedlimitng to none after it has been on, it fully shuts off my downloading

Check the status page, the engine is being upgraded which will make it unstable for a few hours. Running for cover now as this should be in the sticky topic
