As we continue to have hardware issues with our current server setup, we will - once again - move all the NewsLeecher services ( website, SuperSearch, etc. ) to new servers. We will perform the move within the next day or two.

SuperSearch should not be down at all during the move, but the website might be unavailable for an hour or two, due to IP address changes and database transfers.

Guess what? Supersearch is down.

Here we go again. No updates via Deobfuscated "latest" button for over 3 hours. Had high hopes they had finally fixed their issues.

Yup. That old Pentium-class machine they are running on has crashed again. Interestingly, when you do the math, Newsleecher is considerably more expensive than Newsbin Pro.

so Dumb, latest button for deobfuscated posts down for almost 12 hours. No news postings, nothing. Also not hearing from many others on the issue so I wonder if everyone who cares about service has left NL. Just not getting how you can go this long without testing your service offering.

My NL client reset itself back to factory now I cannot re-enable my NL Plan access as I receive an error. Guess this is related to SS being down.

SuperSearch Search Service is not a Service it is a great disappointment.
This Service is down for a long time according a lot of subscribers, but the status page let us believe that all is well.
No results for searches one day old. Everything older than one day is visible.

Is there anybody from the NL Team looking at this "little" problem.
The last time somebody from NL communicated with the customers was on October 22, 2020.
