Second... the Adult server isn't returning anything older than 36-37 days.
Exact same issues. Surprised no one else has posted this. Been checking everywhere on forum and news to see posting or information regarding super slow searches since 7-10 days ago. Nothing other than information that the servers were being moved, but that still never said anything about 1-5 minute long searches!

Yesterday the searches were back up to running within seconds. However, anything between about 37 and 365+37 days would never show in results.

Today, searches are back up to 3-5 minutes for results.

What in the world is going on? No communication on these symptoms and yet we're also missing a whole year's worth the retention, between 37 and 365+37 days? Seriously thinking of cancelling my software/service license if this isn't fixed. Been going on way too long!

Over here too, and that for already a long time. Hours and hours, not happy!

It was down last night and is still down this morning -- despite the fact that status shows "OK"/Extreme. Results are slow as molasses.

Update: Now it's back to "ERROR". Very frustrating.

Now it's "Supersearch engine is being restarted. Try your search again later".

(Man...this thing goes down more often than a crack ho.)

Still down, I guess they only care if the general side is down.

Still down....seems as though they don't care....I'll be jumping ship shortly if the apathy continues...I'm not paying for something that isn't being delivered....sad really cos it used to be good

Yep, my renewal is up in a few months. Even an acknowledgement that something is awry would be helpful. Sad, considering I've been here for ten years. Any good alternatives out there?

The adult server is "up" but hasn't indexed anything in 3 days.

SS has been down all evening here. And they can't even manage to get the graphs to show up properly in the News & Status section. The whole thing is very unprofessional.
