Supersearch has been down way too much lately. I thought the move to a better server was supposed to make things better?

I agree entirely. The lack of information and action is really quite unacceptable. I doubt the server made the difference, apart from
increasing the indexing days. It appears to be the software they use that gets corrupted and crashes ??.

it took 15 days to respond to the message from Sunfox - very poor service - or did ittake that long before you could actually reply honestly that it was working ok?

Yep, can confirm here (made another thread about this). Although scuba responded that it was working okay (it still isn't), the level of concern/help here has been a bit disappointing.

Erotica SS down AGAIN. I think newsleecher owes us some extended license time after the amount of time things haven't been working.

and it seems to be working again... it would be nice to get an explanation of what's going on, and what's being done to prevent this from happening again and again in the future.

Now the normal SuperSearch IS NOT WORKING AGAIN. Every 4 or 5 days seems to be the pattern here. I sent an email and got some bogus BS response that they're fixing the problem. They ARE NOT fixing the problem since IT'S ALWAYS BROKEN!
