yeah funny the last "news post" is from Sept 7 yet super search has had multiple extended outages since then without any communication from their IT dept. The previous "news" update was from aug. 20th. I would rather have more transparent communication vs what we get. My feeling is if you can't get your platform stable then you need to commit to frequent communication to your user base.

Yep, letting the people who pay for this service know what is going on, and when it will be fixed is Customer Service 101, but alas Newsleecher has lost its ways in doing the basic IT support it is required to do.

It's a shame, as this used to be a great product and service. Time to start looking elsewhere for a different prouduct/service......

Really no Deobfuscated results for past 7 damn hours. so damn sick of this. glad all the newsleecher staff are enjoying their friday night while their product fails.

the initialization error on version 7.0 has been corrected. SCUBA informed me this morning and I have tested and confirmed.
