Not sure whetherthis a beta issue or a SuperSearch issue but...

Apparently the "OR" parameter in the search is being recognized as a word not an argument - removing the ability to use arguments in an entry will result in a MASSIVE INCREASE in the number of SuperLeech searches.

Users will have to have a SuperLeech entry for each variation of a searched TV show, movie, or other post and unnecessarily forces users to create multiple searches when previously only one entry was needed.

Other comments (see viewtopic.php?f=9&t=35711&p=136457) indicate that this is a Superleech back end issue.

It also seems that it MAY have been fixed, based on my testing this morning where none of my searches that include "or" returned anything unexpected.

It would REALLY be nice to hear from the developers, though.

Sorry, I spoke too soon. My superleech entry of

Code: Select all

"the terror" or the.terror
just matched all of these"

Code: Select all

So, this is DEFINITELY NOT FIXED.

Sigh.

Well the probiem still exists, for weeks now.

It is an error from the SuperSearch/SuperLeech Engine - tested with Final and Beta Release, the same Issue as described.
The or parameter will matched incorrectly - it seems if you search with an "or" it will gives you any word that matches in the search string.

Thats unuseable!
