The issue is that the message does not move from Outbox to Sent Items. Attached is the PM I tried sending earlier last week.

I see that too, I have sent you a PM to test whether they are going to a recipient or just collecting in the Outbox.

I think this is the way Admin have setup this forum software (phpBB) so you have a record of sent PMs in the Sent Messages and I might be wrong but PMs still in the Outbox have yet to be delivered or in other word received/read by the recipient.
