Resuming Downloads

I have purchased Newsleecher today and am very impressed with it so far. I do have one question though.
I used to use XNews to download files and with that program I was able to download half a file, shut down and then XNews will remember where I finished a carry on downloading.
At the moment, I am downloading with an NZB file and it doesn't seem to rememeber where I finished downloading if I shut down. Newsleecher seems to try and download everything again. Is this just because I'm using an NZB file? Will this happen if I download files manually?
I would try it myself but don't want to cancel the current NZB download because I might get the same problem.

it will remember which files are fully dowloaded and which ones are not - however if a file is half downladed you lose it and start again - so if it is a big file say 50-100MB then what I do is wait till it is complete before exiting the program.

I think it might be in the wishlist but the implications are huge, coz it would create quite a large cache to save if it were implemented. Offcouse I would love to see partical internals save of download...

Yer its in the wish list as the second one:

"Preserve downloaded article parts between restarts."

Its my number one annoyance with Newsleecher as there nothing worse than wasting bandwidth by having to redownload parts that you've already got :?
