Is it possible to put my data folder on a different hard drive..... i tried editing the ini file , but it still ended up in my default drive ( the same drive with os installed) which has less than 10 gigabytes left of space, how can i edit the ini file to make it for a different hard drive?
what is the contents of your newsleecher.ini file? If the location you specify isn't valid, NewsLeecher will use the default location.

This dirctory does exist
"dataFolder=%V%\Usenet\Newsreader\Newsleecher\Data"
I also tried this
"dataFolder=V\Usenet\Newsreader\Newsleecher\Data"
I also tried this
"dataFolder=V\Usenet\Newsreader\Newsleecher\Data"
The .ini uses a new format. Use it like this:
Code: Select all
dataFolder=D:\Installed Programs\NewsLeecher v4\data\
tempFolder=D:\Installed Programs\Newsleecher v4\temp\
