My paid account has been expired since September 7th even though I made a payment through SWreg on the 12th of September. I've sent two support requests through the support link on the Newsleecher main page with no reply at all, not even "Hey, you used the wrong e-mail address dummy, let us fix that up for you." I think I did use the wrong e-mail address, but the lack of response to my support requests makes me feel like I bought something on eBay and received a box of bricks.
