Anyone manning Tech Support? (Billing)

My yearly NL/SS expired on the beginning of the 19th (which, incidentally, confirms that no compensatory days were added for all the SS issues over the past year).

Anyways, when I noticed I emailed tech support like I always have in the past to renew. Received a message back in an amazing *2* minutes asking me to confirm stuff mostly already confirmed in my original message, but fine... I responded *4* minutes after that, and since then have been waiting patiently for someone to run the charge or at least respond to my 2 follow-up messages since. Scuba has always been very prompt and timely in the past... is everything all right over there?

Yes everything is fine at NL as far as I know but they might be winding down a bit for Christmas holidays, or maybe they missed your response... Maybe drop them another email.

I've already sent 3 follow-ups to my original email early on the 19th. It's been almost another day from my message above, and still nothing. Very strange. And very annoying to not have SS working!
