Very disappointed.

I wouldn't be so harsh... but I do agree that someone could leave some information about the issue though!

My last match was 8.4 Days ago, so while it's not quite 2 weeks, it is getting up there. No matter what length of time, this is something we pay for so therefore needs to at least be recognized and some announcement put out acknowledging the issue and maybe that it is being worked on.

Spiril is looking at the SuperLeech issue. To get it working meanwhile
you will have to downgrade:

1. Remove current beta version installation.
2. In %appdata% remove/rename the newsleecher folder.
3. Install earlier beta version from here: www.newsleecher.com/old

Yes it is. SuperLeech goes all the way back to 6.0.

Nowhere in the post above does it say to use that version. If he said that earlier, obviously that was a mistake.

through the e-mail I stated that I was using V6.5
and was told by e-mail
So it does say what I need to do..
It's clear that support doesn't even know what is down or what is in what version
But still... that doesn't fix the problem...
That means EVERYONE with V7 BETA are SOL as well..

-----

correct - you will need final 5.

this is just a note if you haven't seen the other posts:
Spiril is working on this 24/7 - ALL DAY/NIGHT.
It's tough because we have tested in our lab with several computers and it works.
We have asked for Superleech files for users reporting this issue and also received them - thanks.

Scuba, you mentioned downgrading to an older version, but I've read reports on here from people who have tried that who said it didn't fix the issue. Have you confirmed that reverting to an older beta fixes the issue? And if so, which version? I'm hesitant to revert back and lose all my prefs if this isn't known to actually fix the problem.

Take a backup of your newsleecher folder before downgrading.
Yes spiril told me this.
