yes we did send information on website:

During the next 12 hours time, we are - again - making some structural upgrades to the SuperSearch engine. During that period there might be some downtime and/or lowered retention for the service. Also, some of the "ero" category index will be missing. The index will, of course, be available again, when the upgrades are done. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Same here this has been an issue for many paying customers. No answers yet.

Except for some occasional short-term outages, including right now (message: the SuperSearch engine is being restarted), SuperSearch has returned all the posts I expected. My only disappointment is that a 1-day search with restrictions such as unscrambled, 1080p only and -XXX -HEVC still sometimes says there are too many results to show me all of them.

SS works even when I'm not connected to the servers so I assume it uses a different link. If you've never gotten results for about 2 months (at least 25 days before the 1st post on 11/23) then maybe some setting on your computer or router is blocking the connection.

Edit: just tried again after posting. SS is working again. Got message: Maximum Number of Search Results Rearched [sic]. Probably written by the same person who wrote "Potential Spam Dectected."

I haven't touched anything. This is a real issue that's been addressed by several paying customers.
