Cross Platform webGUI: Like utorrent 3.0 beta (web.utorrent.com)

I recently downloaded Utorrent 3.0 and the option to access utorrent was extremely easy. You just had to go into the settings and type in (no signup or anything) a username and password in the fields and thats it. Just point to their site, web.utorrent.com, and enter in those credentials and you had a nice webgui to control.

The request would be to add something like this, where newsleecher servers would host a site and the newsleecher program itself would poll back IP address changes, etc, to the server when the option is enabled.

With something like that working, you could branch into developing a mobile version of the same page for iphone and android etc.

Note: ignore the webgui link on the lifehacker page (falcon.utorrent.com), its now web.utorrent.com.
