Using a newsleecher.ini configuration file, you could install multiple versions of NewsLeecher. This will allow you to try the latest version without disturbing your current install.
I probably just can't find it anymore!!

Enter the poster name in the Poster search field. If you don't see that field, click the Magnify Glass icon next to the result search field to enable the Advanced Filters bar.
You can include a subject or leave it blank to find all posts by that poster. For example, to find all the pictures posted by "paul" in the car groups, leave the subject field blank, enter paul in the poster field and auto in the group field. I just ran that and found 257 pictures in 2 groups by the same poster.
