Can you please make it possible to toggle "Collections" on/off in V4?

The idea works well .. Maybe you're not used to it?
Forte Agent has used this system for years.

Maybe the downloaded lines should be made to delete after downloading. Not sure why they stay.

I'm sure the dl queue problem will be sorted .. Maybe a threaded/unthreaded option would be a good way to go then.

I'm finding that I'm not as proficient at reading through the articles when they are grouped. When there are like 50 lines with the same thing on them, your eyes register it pretty quick. When there are 50 lines that all say something different, you need to read each one carefully. I say if something isn't broken, why fix it? The option to turn this feature off should be in the program somewhere.

I agree, grouped is very annioying as well as the downloads staying. There's not even an option in the cleanup to just delete completed downloads.

Maybe make a Classic View option to get rid of the groups. And definetly need to loose the files staying in the queue after downloaded.

Yes, yes V3. lawl and all that jazz. Somebody who is responsible for the development of this program needs to respond and validate this problem.

This has been discussed in another thread which I can't find right now.

The major change with 4.0 is going to be collections. If you don't want to use them, stick with 3.9 until collections coding is completed and perhaps is an option.

What a useless post. If I don't want to use them, I should be able to turn them off. This NEEDS to be in 4.0.

It isn't useless. I'm explaining that the difference between 3.95 and 4.0 is only collections. You don't have to use 4.0 if you don't need the new collections feature. In fact, right now 3.95 is better because it doesn't have the unimplemented features from the 4.0 rewrite.

It is like asking for a hotdog and it comes with mustard then you asking to take the mustard off. Why not just get it without mustard in the first place.

The 4.0 line is still under major development so collections may become an option once the major work is completed.

I had a hard time to adjust to collections in the beginning, using 3.95 to get that familiar feel. However I've now grown accustomed to collections and it's very nice. I simply set the view filter to min 10mb, and all the noise is gone. However it still needs a lot of polish to be truly great.

Sorry, but that doesn't wash - I want v4 for the extra performance, not for options to be forced on me without ways to disable them.
