I had a download in Repair and Extract that was stuck at combining so this was a good way to test if it fixes it. After installing the unofficial Beta 10 it extracted normally.

I tried the PAR2 set you PMed me, and the reason it isn't working is because it's doesn't follow the normal naming method for PAR2 split set files.
