I can't connect to Supersearch at all, this has been happening for at least three days.
I start up Newsleecher and I see in the log:
- 1:08:45 PM * SuperSearch Conn. Info: Gen.IP="188.8.131.52" :: Ero.IP="184.108.40.206" :: Ports="443", "443" :: Retention="3250".
Then I got to use it and it gives me a message saying it can't connect and I see this in the log:
- 1:19:11 PM SuperSearching... hang on ...
1:19:11 PM * General Category : True
1:19:11 PM * Max Days to Search : 3,300
1:19:11 PM * Search For : some test
1:19:32 PM * SS Connect Port : 443
1:19:32 PM * SS Connect IP : 220.127.116.11
1:19:32 PM * SS Connect Error : Connection timed out
So then I try to ping the IP (just because) and I get a 100% packet loss with no response.

Please try again and disable local firewall, security centers or other software/hardware that can block the connection.
If you have any VPN software - please disable this also and make sure this allow the traffic.
A last try to restart your router before testing.
Remember to enable your firewall, antivirus etc afterwards. If it worked when it was disabled, then you need to allow the newsleecher SuperSearch traffic in these programs. (Gen.IP="18.104.22.168" :: Ero.IP="22.214.171.124)
