Have there been any new NL Forum Beta Releases since "nl70003.ufr4" earlier in November?

What do you mean by "Sticky" ?
Does it mean having a "Link" at the top of the "newsleecher Forums" front page for the latest "Unofficial Beta Releases"?
If so, that is a great idea that the Administrators should consider adding to the Forums Front Page ! I will add a request to the "Wishlist for Santa"
